Working @ Instrument Systems GmbH // Bike Check Day 🚴 A lot of our colleagues use their bike to come to work. It is very important to be save on our journey from and to work, because of this we support every year the safety of our colleagues with a free offer for them: the "Radl Check Day". Sepp from Genuß-Radler looked at our employees' bicycles and adjusted the most necessary things, such as adjusting the gears and brakes and also a light check. Many thanks to the team from Sportshop Munich in Kreillerstrasse 7! #safety #bike #biketowork

EVENT \\ This Sunday at Display Week: our session "Fundamentals of Display Metrology", part of the morning program of the SID/ICDM 2024 Display Metrology Training Course! Do not miss it and get your ticket to attend: https://lnkd.in/gygqHwDq #instrumentsystems #lightingtechnology #measurementsolutions #metrology #displayweek #conference Society For Information Display
Upcoming talk \\ SID/ICDM 2024 Display Metrology Training Course presented by Instrument Systems On the first day of Display Week, May 12, 2024, our Head of Application Engineering Dr. Ferdinand Deger will deliver a Training Course on “Fundamentals of Display Metrology” in cooperation with our sister company Radiant Vision Systems. This short course will provide a fundamental understanding of display metrology and introduce measurement equipment and techniques from leaders in the field. Topics include the science of light and color, units of measurement, measurement standards, metrology systems from spot meter spectroradiometers to advanced imaging systems. The course will introduce test methods to address display performance parameters from mura to pixel uniformity. Metrology solutions for state-of-the-art testing applications are presented, ranging from curved displays to microLED panels and complete AR/VR devices. Upcoming Talk \\ Join our talk on May 16 at the Display Week Symposium! When narrow bandwidth emission sources such as µLEDs are used to create full color displays, large measurement errors can occur with colorimeters calibrated against standard light sources. In his talk, our Product Manager Dr. Tobias Steinel introduces experimental data on the traceable color accuracy of consumer display measurements based on different display technologies and therefore different variations in spectral distribution. He explains the influence of different calibration approaches and calibration sources and examines and compares the influence of internal and external spectral reference approaches on traceable error budgets. Register to attend his talk: https://lnkd.in/gygqHwDq #instrumentsystems #lightingtechnology #measurementsolutions #talk #symposium #calibration #displayweek2024
