| The infrared models of the CAS 140 are among the key measuring instruments in the complex system solutions from Instrument Systems. They offer a unique combination of high measurement accuracy with ruggedness and reliability. Even in continuous operation in the production environment, the CAS 140 IR series are a guarantee for precise readings and long-term stability. By combining different CAS models, the spectral range of the infrared models (780-1700 nm or 1500-2150 nm) allows complex spectral measurements running simultaneously over an extremely wide wavelength range or over multiple samples.

| The SSL / LED test systems from Instrument Systems consist of an integrating sphere of the ISP series and a powerful array spectroradiometer of the established CAS series. This combination delivers the most accurate results with reliable reproducibility. The spectroradiometers with CMOS sensor achieve very short measuring times down to 10 µs and enable also high-speed sampling. This makes highly precise measurements of color correlated temperature (CCT) and color rendering index (CRI) as well as compliant with CIE S 025 and the current energy efficiency regulation possible.
